Seated Hamstring Stretch on Bench

Sit with one leg extended on bench.
Reach towards foot with opposite arm
Feel stretch in back of extended leg.

Caution

Hip Stretch on Bench

Sit on bench with one leg extended.
Bring foot to groin with leg laying flat
Lean forward, feeling stretch in hips.

Caution

Standing Hamstring Stretch

Stand upright, place heel on bench.
Lean forward from hips.
Flex foot, keeping leg extended.

Caution

Supine Glute Stretch on Bench

Sit on bench, placing soles of feet together.
Allow legs to drop downward.
The closer the feet to the body, the more intense the stretch.

Caution

Front Hip Stretch on Bench

Place hands and one knee on bench.
Step forward with standing leg.
Lean forward, pushing hips toward bench and chest up, arching back.

Caution

Seated Touch Floor

Sit on chair or bench.
With legs apart, reach forward down to the floor.
You should feel stretch through back and hips.
